Jaanta hoon too na aaye ga palut kar
so jata hoon teri yaad se lipat kar

tum saahil pe mera intezar karte rehna
mein ah jaon ga toofaan se nipat kar

tere intezar mein aaj bhi baitha hoon
uhs boodeh peepl ke paidh se lipat kar

hum tou aaj bhi nashe ke aalam mein hein
aik bar tou ne dekha tha niqaab ko ulat kar

jeete jee tou tumein aane ki fursat na mili
aaj kyon rota hai meri turbat se lipat kar
